  • BAD SERVICE BREAKDOWNS AND OVER CHARGES



    18 MONTHS TIME I'VE HAD 25 SERVICE OUTAGES / REPORTED 8 OF THEM I'VE BEEN PROMISED CREDITS THAT WERE NEVER GIVEN. I've BEEN TOLD THE $55 OVER CHARGE WAS DUE TO NOT RETURNING A REPLACEMENT RECIEVER. YET THERE WAS PROOF OF SIGNATURE ON FILE AT UPS AND THEATT WAS THE ONE THAT PROVIDED THE RETURN UPS MAILING LABELS ON THE ATT ACCOUNT. THE AVERAGE REPORT PHONE CALL BILLING WAS 42 MINUTES. 4 OF THE ISSUES TOOK TO GET SERVICE BACK ON REQUIRED SERVICE MAN AND ADDED 4 DAYS OF OUT OF SERVICE.   • Lies about pricing



    They are terrible.I was loyal customer for a year. I called caused we wanted to down grade our service. I called and talked to an agent they convinced me for an upgrade for the same price. I went with there service when I received our bill it was not what we were quoted. I called an spoke to another agent they said it's prorated and our new bill is what we were quoted. When I got my new bill shocked higher then what we were quoted. Called again spoke to another agent said we are going to open a case and in two day someone will call you. Shocking no one called.   • Uverse RIP OFF!!!



    I received a call from AT&T making me aware UVerse was available in my area and offering an upgrade I live in a condo/loft building. I make an appointment (take off work 1/2 day) for installation. Tech comes after 6pm installs equipment but tells me he needs to have something turned on at office which is now closed. Next day cant turn it on no internet. Next day says problem is in my bldg not my unit, but calls me instead of bldg mgr as instructed, I'm at work in mtng so I dont answer, they cancel dont come. Next day tech calls bldg mgr, still cant get uverse to work I pay a charge... More...

  • New Cell Phone Issues



    New smart phone (less than 2mths) is dropping data plan all the time. Called 1st time w/in 3 days of receiving phone. They installed a "fix" and it worked for @ 2 weeks. Called again and asked to swap out w/a new phone since fix didn't fix it, and they want to give me a refurbished model. I have been w/ATT for 10 years, and this is how they treat me. Am still fighting to get a new phone, or my money back. Only advice; don't go with ATT. Speak with your dollars and go to the competition. More...
